As you probably already know, Rajon Rondo is out for the rest of the year with an ACL tear. But the players didn’t know that as they beat the Heat in double OT. Heat fans were actually pretty respectful when the news broke about Rondo. They weren’t quite as respectful about their own team, though. Kind of amazing how fans of the defending champs can complain about their team so much. Oh and they also have the best player in the game and the best record in the East. But they were furious with this game nonetheless.

Ray Allen's return, they'll make an effort to get him the ball. And he'll show them what they're missing. I can't wait for this matchup, the Celtics are struggling and are gonna want this game.

I'd never wish injury on any player, and I've been open about how bad I felt about Rose. I'd love to see that guy return to action. But Rondo? I don't wish injury on him (didn't even know he was injured until today), but I feel no pity or sympathy towards him at all. One of less than a handful of athletes in all of sports that I just don't like

Yeah, but Boston is playing defense like it's the playoffs. They have good perimeter defense, and are getting a lot of pressure on the ball. I'm not surprised we can't carve them up right now.
