Update: Courtney Lee to Boston for Johnson, Moore, Williams, and pick

We now have a credible source confirming that the Courtney Lee to Boston Twitter rumor is true. Yahoo's Mark Spears posted that the Boston Celtics will send JaJuan Johnson to the Houston Rockets in a sign-and-trade for Courtney Lee. Details will follow as soon as they have been finalized.

Update: The Boston Herald's Steve Bulpett released more details on the trade, including E'Twaun Moore, Sean Williams, and a 2nd round pick will be sent to Houston with Johnson.
