Paul Pierce may play in Spain

Our Celtics captain may be heading to Spain in the near future. According to some reports from the Spanish press, two teams from the Spanish Basketball League (ACB) have already started negotiating with Paul Pierce. The main problem as for now is the elevated amount of the injury insurance that any potential team should pay to acquire Paul.

Zaragoza and Málaga might be the lucky winners to be able to have Pierce in their ranks in this 2011/12 season.

It may be time for Rajon Rondo and the rest of the Big Four to pack their bags as the prospect of having a NBA season seems to be drifting away from our dreams.

Stay tuned for more details on Paul's possible journey to the best domestic league in Europe.
