Looks like it will just be the Jayson Tatum and Evan Fournier show tonight

Last night's loss to the Miami Heat for all intents and purposes was the final regular season game for the Boston Celtics. With the team pretty much locked into the 7 vs 8 play-in game, the Celtics will do what pretty much every NBA team does in this case, which is to rest your guys the final week of the season.

Already dealing with Jaylen Brown out for the year, Boston more than any other team needs to be as healthy as possible for the postseason, so Kemba Walker will sit for the back end of a back-to-back and Marcus Smart also gets the night off. Robert Williams will continue to sit as well.

Expect big games from Jayson Tatum and Evan Fournier tonight. Maybe Tristan Thompson will actually score more than 2 points tonight. Nesmith and Pritchard will be two players that should end up logging a lot of minutes today.

This may be Jayson Tatum's final game of the regular season. I expect to see Fournier playing in at least one of the final two games this weekend, but not sure about Tatum.

Hopefully once the play-in tournament starts next week, everyone listed on the above injury report (minus Jaylen of course) will be available. The Celtics don't have the roster depth to play shorthanded.
