Jaylen Brown talks how Kevin Garnett's voice messages have inspired Celtics to victory

Ros Gold-Onwude interviewed Jaylen Brown earlier this week and talked about his break out year, as well as Jayson Tatum's, his respect for teachers, and incorporating meditating. One topic that stood out was Jaylen discussing the mentor role Kevin Garnett has provided. This included voice messages that KG has left for Jaylen, former Celtics guard Isaiah Thomas, and the Celtics.

Brown couldn't go into specifically what KG said due to the latter's propensity to cuss a bit, but JB says that when the Celtics were down 2 games to 0 to the Bulls in the first round of the 2017 playoffs, KG got the team back on track with a voice message he sent to Isaiah. I can only imagine the message, but I'm really hoping Danny calls on KG a few times this playoffs for motivation.
