NBA to return on July 31st with 22 teams

The NBA will be retuning to action at the end of July. Their board of governors will be approving the plan which will allow 8 regular season games to finish off the season and allow teams battling for the final seeds of the playoffs to still have their chance. Of course the tanking teams like the Warriors who currently have the best lottery odds and had no desire to return, won't have to. We've written many a times about needing lottery reform, but now is not the time for that. NBA basketball is coming back!
