Green Envy: What Hawks fans said, 2/7
With the Celtics without Gordon Hayward, Daniel Theis, and Jaylen Brown and the visiting Hawks without their all-star Trae Young, the Celtics were looking to go 3-0 against Atlanta on the season. The first half was an intense game, with the Celtics heading to the locker room down 1. Hope built up for a team with nothing to lose, but a dominant third quarter ended the Hawks’ dreams for the last night of Vince Carter’s playing career in Boston. How did the Atlanta fans feel about watching it get away?
Top 3
1. Waive skinhead f***ing Vince if I have to see him shoot one more 3 I’m done
2. Are we not going to talk about the pubes on Tatums cheeks?
3. Marcus Fart
Pregame: a competition of hospitals
IF WE WIN WE ARE PLAYOFF BOUND
I thought the Celtics were the most injured team in the NBA, nevermind then
ATL Starting Lineup: Quavo, Thugger, Future, Takeoff, 2 Chainz
And then there was the Vince tribute by Danny Ainge...

Anyone but Vince pls [in reference to the opportunity to send the game to overtime with a 3]
The Rest of the Slate
I f***ing hate the Celtics and Jayson Tatum definitely shouldn’t be an all star
Author's Note: Jayson Tatum finished the night with 32 points, 6 assists, 4 rebuonds, and 2 blocks. He hit seven threes.
I really want to like Marcus Smart. Incredibly high basketball IQ and puts in effort every possession, but man oh man his flopping makes him so unlikable
Boston depth too weak to blow us out
This felt s***
F***ing Kanter smh
Why are they trying to maul our grandpa?
Elder abuse!
Are we not going to talk about the pubes on Tatums cheeks?
What about the sharpie on his head?
Marcus Fart
Another stellar game of NBA reffing

Finally, the leader of the Hawks fourth quarter scare
I gotta hit that man...— Brandon Goodwin (@goodysav) February 8, 2020
Brandon Goodwin of the Hawks had 21 points in the game and had an open look from 3 in the final seconds, down 3.
