Video: Who is Vincent Poirier?

The Celtics followed up their signing of Enes Kanter on Monday by adding another center on Tuesday in Vincent Poirier, not to be confused with Sidney Poitier. Tomek Kordylewski gives us a quick look on who the ew center is.



Personally I like that Poirier is at least a solid defender around the hoop. In today's era, you need your big men to check off a couple of these boxes: Protect the rim, spread the court, be able to switch on defense. Remains to be seen about points 2 and 3 for Poirier, but at least he checks of one of those boxes and he only costs the vet minimum.
