Watch: Ainge, Stevens talk Robert Williams, Boston's newest Celtic

It's not very often you see two guys genuinely this excited over the 27th pick of the draft.

But, that's exactly what's going on with Danny Ainge and Brad Stevens, who gushed extensively about the shot-blocking big man, who provides rim-running, pogo stick-like athleticism and rebounding the Boston Celtics haven't had for many years.

Projected both last year and this as a potential lottery pick that somehow fell into Boston's hands late in the first round of the 2018 NBA Draft, Williams is widely seen as something of a coup for the Celtics - and a head-scratcher as to why other teams would pass the hyper-athletic big up as he continued to slide.

Hopefully the combination of having a chip on his shoulder because of that, and being around a professional organization will offset concerns over his inconsistent motor, but there's likely few better situations for the young prospect to have ended up in, as he'll be playing for a ring in his freshman season with more space and lower expectations than perhaps he's ever experienced.

Watch the videos below to hear Danny and Brad wax excstatic over their luck in landing Texas A&M's Williams.
