Marcus Morris may miss significant time
Boston Celtics' big man Marcus Morris may miss extended time due to a left knee injury. Morris has missed a total of 13 games so far this year, however he usually misses the second game on back-to-backs. This time the Celtics will rest him completely in order to ensure his knee will heal.
Marcus Morris told me he could miss a couple of weeks as he tries to get his left knee healthy. Waiting to speak with Stevens for further word. Guessing a plan won't be in place until he returns to Boston and is examined further Tuesday.— Steve Bulpett (@SteveBHoop) December 11, 2017
This is a blow to a Celtics roster that lacks depth at the power forward position, however it is better to rest him now and have him totally healthy for the playoffs. Reserves such as Daniel Theis, Semi Ojeleye and Guerschon Yabusele will have to step up in his absence.

This sounds like a major loss because the Celtics have a tough schedule ahead of them. However the Celtics are 10-3 with Morris out of the lineup. This injury is not excellent news but Celtics fan shouldn't worry too much.
