Celtics should pass Lakers on all-time wins list this season
The Celtics are currently 15 wins behind the Los Angeles Lakers in all-time wins. If the last 3 seasons (along with the projected results of this season) are any indicator, the all-time wins crown will be returned to it's rightful NBA city this season.
Boston is projected for 51 wins this season, while L.A. is projected for just 25 wins, the worst record in the Western Conference, and only ahead of the Brooklyn Nets and Philadelphia 76ers.
While these projections are far from bullet proof, you can rest assured these teams will finish on opposite ends of the standings. While a title may be out of Boston's reach this season, at least the all-time wins record should be back where it rightfully belongs.
