Are you kidding me? Boston narrowly defeats the 76ers 84-80.

No one should feel good about this win. Boston nearly handed the 76ers their first victory of the year but ended up pulling it out late for the 84-80 win.

Boston got off to a hot start, taking a 12-2 lead in the first quarter but it was all Philladelphia from there. The 76ers took an eight point lead in the second quarter and extended it to an 11 point lead in the fourth quarter. Boston had to pull out all the stops in the final minutes including a huge three by Jae Crowder to snatch the win AGAINST THE 76ERS! Coach Brad Stevens was pissed after Boston lost to Atlanta Tuesday night, if they lost Wednesday he might have cut someone.

For Boston, Isaiah Thomas had 30 points and six assists, Evan Turner had 16 points and nine rebounds and Jared Sullinger had nine points and 15 rebounds.

For the 76ers, Jahlil Okafor had 19 points and nine rebounds, Robert Covington had 11 points and 14 rebounds to go with five steals and Hollis Thompson scored 15 points.

Let's forget this game ever happened. The Celtics next face the Wizards at home Friday.
