It looks like the Celtics could be making a change to their starting lineup for a win or go home Game 4:
Bradley hints that the starting lineup will change for Game 4, but says that he expects to start tomorrow.— Boston Celtics (@celtics) April 25, 2015
Brad Stevens, from a treadmill overlooking court, offered this regarding starters: "In all sincerity, I have an idea, but I'm not 100%."— Adam Himmelsbach (@AdamHimmelsbach) April 25, 2015
While #Celtics guard Isaiah Thomas wouldn't admit to knowing about any lineup changes, did indicate he has heard nothing of him starting.— Scott Souza (@scott_souza) April 25, 2015
The Celtics' frontcourt could also be missing one of its better rebounders, Jared Sullinger. The C's big-man is listed as probable with a bruised tailbone:
Jared Sullinger (bruised tailbone) did not practice today. Listed as probable. Celtics need his rebounding.

Stevens on Sullinger, who's probable for Game 4: "Sully has a bruised tailbone. He was unable to get up and down the court today."— Boston Celtics (@celtics) April 25, 2015
Sullinger is averaging 9.3 points, and grabbing 5.7 rebounds per game in the series, while shooting 57% from the floor.
If Sullinger is a no-go expect a heavy dose of Jonas Jerebko, Gigi Ditome, and maybe even Gerald Wallace.
