Kelly Olynyk out for Rising Stars Challenge

After missing the last ten games with an ankle injury, the Celtics announced Kelly Olynyk will be absent from the Rising Stars Challenge on Friday:

Brad Stevens says Kelly Olynyk will not play in the Rising Stars Challenge but that he will participate in the event's non-game festivities.

As a result of this news, the 2015 NBA All-Star weekend will feature a grand total of zero Boston Celtics.

Olynyk's position on the world team must be replaced by a non-American. Potential replacements that come to mind for the big fella include Phoenix's Alex Len (Ukraine).
