The Celtics have their eye on Andre Dawkins

With the recent release of Chris Douglas-Roberts the Celtics have an open roster spot for a potential move.

The Celts may go down the road of signing a player to a 10-day contract, with ex-Duke Blue Devil Andre Dawkins as a possible target:

Those who don't know about Dawkins will instantly pull for him after reading this piece by Seth Davis.

Dawkins appeared in four games this season for the Miami Heat, averaging 0.8 points per game. He is currently playing for the Sioux Falls Skyforce of the NBA Developmental League. Dawkins recently scored 33 points against the Maine Red Claws in the NBDL Showcase.
