Celtics lose only nationally televised game of the year

No "national TV Rajon Rondo"? Fine, no national TV at all for the Boston Celtics.

Of course the Wizards vs. the Bulls should be a much better game, but come on. It's not like the Hawks are garbage, coming in at the top spot in ESPN's latest power rankings, and the Celtics did just take those same Bulls into overtime Saturday. Oh, and the Philadelphia 76ers, aka the worst basketball team ever assembled, have already been on national television twice this season.

But, alas, the national spotlight has officially moved away from Boston. It was a good run. When will it be back? Nobody knows. Maybe in a couple years, maybe more. Maybe Danny Ainge will pull off some crazy stuff before the trade deadline or the team will really shoot off some fireworks this summer. Maybe.
