Celtics and Warriors both try to bounce back in Oakland tonight

The Celtics west coast road trip continues tonight as their next stop is Oakland and Oracle arena to take on the Golden State Warriors.

The Warriors are coming off what is probably one of their most gut wrenching defeats of the season.

A 102-98 loss to Kevin Garnett and the Nets
that ended a ten game win streak for the dubs.

The Nets win also prevented the first 7-0 road trip in NBA history.

Still 6-1 including a win against the defending world champion Miami Heat on the road is not too shabby.

The Celtics are coming off a 111-105 loss at the hands of their former coach Doc Rivers' new team the LA Clippers in a game where they just could not quite get over the hump.

Jordan Crawford somewhat awakened from his road trip slumber against the Clip-show scoring 24 points but also committing five turnovers.

Crawford is shooting 35.0 percent during the Celts current six-game losing streak and has gone 4 for 26 from 3-point range.

It should be interesting also to see what new acquire Jerryd Bayless does tonight considering he had a solid first game for the Celts hitting 2-4 from range and finishing with 11 points.

The only problem is for the season he is shooting 37% overall and a mere 30% from distance so I'd temper the enthusiasm until we see more from him.

My prediction:

The Warriors may be coming off a loss but there's no place like home.

Warriors 127 Celtics 109
