Jeff Green & Kelly Olynyk have a very bizarre celebratory "handshake"

Pro athletes have been developing more and more elaborate and unusual "handshakes" for years, but this is a new one.  If you've watched Kelly Olynyk play this season you've probably noticed he spends a lot of time pushing his hair behind his ears.  It appears he and Jeff Green have turned this into some sort of inside joke/handshake/celebration/good luck charm?  Take a look at what happened when the two of them greeted each other immediately following Boston's 106-98 victory over Denver last night:
