According to Jessica Camerato of
CSNNE.com the Boston Celtics will lock up D.J. White for the rest of the 2012-2013 season. After playing out two 10-day contracts, the C's have given him stability for the rest of the year. This gives them another big man on the roster, pretty much a ‘break in glass in case of emergency’ guy. He’s only played in four games, averaging 2.8 points and 1.5 rebounds in seven minutes per. I wouldn’t expect much from him the rest of the season, I doubt he’ll get significant minutes until Doc starts resting guys. Green 18 here we come!
