Despite the Celtics' recent struggles, the new year brings new hope - Avery Bradley returns in a couple of days, for starters, and their recent humiliation at the hands of the Clippers, Warriors and Kings may finally wake these C's out of their prolonged slumber. If not, there will always be the February trade deadline lurking with the attached hopes for new and more productive acquisitions (are you listening, Danny?). And at some point - sooner or later - they may right this
ship shit and the pursuit of Banner 18 may not seem as impossible as it seems right now. Who knows?
