Could Doc Rivers bench Brandon Bass?

I would expect that Sullinger would get the nod should Brandon Bass go to the bench. Remember, Bass originally was a bench guy as he came in when Kevin Garnett played the 4 and Jermaine O'Neal (remember that guy?) was the starting center.

I'm not sure how I would feel about a move, as I don't want Darko starting and Sullinger is just a rookie. Brandon Bass was great during the regular season, though he undoubtedly tailed off in the playoffs. With both Bass and Garnett on the floor, it's two bigs that can make outside shots and that can cause some difficulties for defenses.
