KG on Teague: 'That guy's a nobody'

In case you missed it last night, Jeff Teague threw down a monster dunk on Ray Allen, yelled in his face, and then the Celtics went on a run. Kevin Garnett then pulled out the old Pedro Martinez, "Who is Karim Garcia?" line on Teague after the game.
