Quantcast

If you're wondering where Marquis Daniels has disappeared to, it may be those stupid cross-promotional commercials the NBA notoriously has during their playoffs.  While I had originally thought this year would be for the upcoming blockbuster Iron Man 2, it's actually for Avatar which is coming onto DVD.  Seriously with the lack of playing time Marquis gets, looking at those pictures above I have a hard time recognizing which one is Daniels.......Reggie Miller is quietly moving up my list for most annoying broadcaster.  I understand trying to make yourself unique on the air but he's just irritating.  If only everyone could take a cue from Doug Collins, the best in the business as far as I'm concerned.......Adrian Dantley looked like a deer in headlights during Game 3 of the Nuggets-Jazz series on the sideline.  I had originally picked the Nuggets to win in 7 but after Carmelo's bonehead play to end Game 2, I no longer think Denver wins the series.  I just don't see them winning in Utah........Anyone see the Under Armour commercial of Brandon Jennings where he gets flattened by a screen?  Fitting commercial for that punk.  Too bad he wasn't as bad-ass as my former high school teammate.

    Nice piece! TA>Daniels/Alien

Who would have thought Mikki Moore would get more playoff run than Marquis?

If the Nuggets were smart they would have brought in an interim mentor coach for Dantley. Sort of like the Bulls did with Del Negro. I feel bad for him. It's like asking a teacher to come in mid year and replace a loved predecessor.

Yes I agree- Dantley would've benefited greatly from someone like Del Harris, who proved to be an excellent hand-holder for Kiki Vandeweghe before fleeing for greener pastures, which was permanent retirement lol
