The Golden State Warriors have waived center Mikki Moore, the team announced today. Moore, 34, appeared in 23 games with Golden State this season (20 starts), averaging 5.0 points, 3.0 rebounds and 1.6 assists in 17.7 minutes. A 12-year NBA veteran, Moore underwent surgery to remove bone spurs in his right heel on December 18.No truth to the rumor that Mikki picked up two quick fouls while being waived.
