Swingman Bill Walker left practice Wednesday and is headed for Boston to get an MRI on his surgically repaired right knee. Walker tore his left ACL while at Kansas State and then hurt the right knee in a workout with the Golden State Warriors in July 2008 and then had surgery a few weeks later.
I really think we could use another backup 3 to keep Pierce's minutes down. Would have been nice to grab a guy like Keth Bogans, who recently signed with the Spurs. I'm assuming Danny still has confidence in Tony (insert one of those rolling eyes things).

Quick get over to that medical center for a Celtics Life exclusive!

CL Exclusive: Breaking news...Bill Walker does in fact have 2 knees.

2nd exclusive: Gerald Green is still missing half a finger (waiting for the half a brain joke now. Great, now that I mentioned it, no one will say it. :( So sad)

I really want Walker to workout for the Celtics, I love his game and athletic ability.

Bogans would be a good reserve but he can't defend small forwards and is more in the Ed House mold.

This is Tony's last chance. He could be part of a special second unit, Sheed, Baby, Daniels, House and Allen could all play together...remember Tony's stretch before the knee injury? He was smokin!!!
