The Boston Celtics pick up options on Jaylen Brown, Terry Rozier

The two young Celtics have been among the better catches for their respective draft classes, so there was never really any question the team would not consider picking up the options on their contracts as a way to retain the players' services on an affordable deal, the terms of which have not been released yet as per team policy. Brown has averaged 7.3 points, 3.1 rebounds and 18.5 minutes in 85 career games with 27 starts and Rozier 4.6 points, 2.7 rebounds and 1.5 assists in 120 career games with the Celtics, so there probably won't be any raised eyebrows by this move.
