Al Horford got 21 points to go with four assists and two steals as the Celtics survive on the Sunday night and beat the Raptors in TD Garden for their 12th win in a row. Jaylen Brown added 18 points on his own with some nice defensive efforts on DeRozan and Terry Rozier came up big off the bench, finishing the night with 16 points, six boards and three assists.

Marcus Smart jumped into the starting lineup with Kyrie Irving being sidelined and was team-high plus-11 on the night, posting 14 points to go with five rebounds and nine assists. Jayson Tatum chipped in with 13 points, including some clutch buckets down the stretch. But it was Celtics defense once again that played huge role in holding off the Raptors.
