Brown gets 29/13, Tatum with 21 points and a game-winner, Nader & Zizic both look good in SL (videos)

Jaylen Brown scored game-high 29 points (on 10/16 shooting, including 3/4 from downtown) to go with 13 rebounds as the Celtics beat the Sixers in the first game of this year's Summer League. Brown looked much better than anyone on the court and it seems clear he's too good for Summer League already!

Jayson Tatum got 21 points on his own and added seven rebounds, three asists and five steals on the night. He was the hero of the fourth quarter, scoring 11 points in the period and making the game-winning shot! Tatum had several highlight plays against the Sixers, including a hard dunk in the traffic. Great debut for a young man drafted by the Celtics with #3rd pick of this year's draft.

Abdel Nader continues to impress during the Summer League as he got 13 points and seven rebounds off the bench. He was Celtics thrid-best scorer on the night and looked very comfortable and confident on the floor.

Ante Zizic finally played for the Celtics and it was nice debut for Croatian bigman! Zizic got nine points and five rebounds (in just 19 minutes of play) on the night, bringing much needed toughness and inside presence.
