I.T. with 25, Olynyk puts on a clinic and Celtics defense stops Warriors at season-low 86 points (videos)

Isaiah Thomas scored team-high 25 points, including seven coming in the fourth quarter as the Celtics once again beat the Warriors in the Oracle Arena and became the only NBA team to do so last season and this year. Thomas made some big plays down the stretch like hitting a 3-pointer over long stretched arms of Andre Iguodala and credited some teammates for the win in the post-game interview on the ESPN.

Kelly Olynyk played his best game since the All-Star Break, finishing the night with 17 points on 7/9 shooting to go with five rebounds, five assists and three steals. Olynyk played great on both ends of the floor and finally saw his shots falling down. The Celtics were a +29 with Olynyk on the parquet and this really tells the story here.

Avery Bradley is still looking for his shot but he did have some important plays and demonstrated solid defense on Steph Curry and Klay Thompson, scoring 12 points on his own and adding six rebounds to his total. Bradley did now hit a single three and had more misses than makes but he was the main poinf of Celtics defense and hit some tough, important shots down the road.

Speaking of Boston Celtics defense, this was probably one of the best defensive displays the Celtics had this season. They made everything pretty tough for the Warriors as the home team scored only 86 points! Celtics snapped 56-game streak of Warriors scoring 100+ points this season. Golden State did not have such a low-scoring 4th quarter (they only got 12 points in the last period) all season long.
