Draymond Green thinks Isaiah Thomas deserves more respect

Can Isaiah Thomas keep it up?
Isaiah Thomas has gotten off to the type of start that everyone in Boston was hoping for. Whether he has been coming off the bench or starting in place of one of our injured guards, he has shown that he can lead the team in scoring as well as get others involved.

While Thomas has not been shooting particularly well from the field, he has made up for that by getting to the charity stripe and knocking them down 85.7 percent of the time. He weasels his way into the paint and either finishes around the rim or finds an open shooter to kick it out to. Although we are only 10 games into the season, it seems like Thomas has stepped up to fill the roll of a consistent, 20-point per game scorer who can also facilitate and rack up the assists.

Thomas is starting to make waves around the league with his energetic play and even All-Star caliber players like Draymond Green are taking notice of how under appreciated he is by pundits around the country:

So far this season Thomas has been in the upper echelon of both scoring and assists. Ranked in the top 15 of both categories, he is making the case that he has taken that next step toward being a go-to player who can be relied on to put up these types of numbers every night.

Can Thomas keep these numbers up for an entire season?
