All-NBA teams revealed, Celtics only playoff squad with no players receiving votes

To the surprise of nobody, no Celtics players got any votes for All-NBA.  It's hard to make a case that Isaiah Thomas, Evan Turner or ______ (I can't even think of who a third name in this sentence should be--Jae Crowder?) deserved to be on anyone's ballot.

Boston went 20-11 with its current roster after the trade deadline.  The fact that Brad Stevens was able to obtain those kind of results with a club so devoid of star-level talent is somewhat mind-boggling.  As stated in the title, every other playoff team had at least one player who received a vote.
