Despite finishing with the second-worst record in the NBA last season and having a 19.9% chance at the #1 pick, the Knicks came away with just the fourth pick in yesterday's draft lotto. That's a tough consolation prize in the Karl-Anthony Towns/Jahlil Okafor sweepstakes and a blow to NY's tanking effort.
