Danny Ainge says Celtics "most likely" to keep both 1st round draft picks

As the NBA Draft approaches, the Celtics' front office is running through a variety of scenarios for improving the team, whether it be through trade, the draft, or free agency.

While many Celtics fans were hoping for a deal that would bring Kevin Love to Boston (and most likely send one or both of Boston's first round draft picks to Minnesota), it's currently looking like Love will not be moved before the draft, and according to Danny Ainge, the "most likely scenario" for the Celtics will be to keep both the #6 and #17 draft picks.

From Jay King at MassLive.com:

Pouring a little cold water on dreams of Kevin Love (and maybe posturing because it's rumor season), Boston Celtics president of basketball operations Danny Ainge told the Boston Globe that “the most likely scenario” includes his team keeping both of its first-round picks.

As mentioned above, Ainge could possibly be posturing, and using the media to pressure Flip Saunders into making a deal. Or he could be using the picks as leverage in another deal we have yet to hear rumors on -- the possibilities are really endless going into Thursday's draft, but if Ainge sticks to the "most likely scenario," the Celtics have been linked to Joel Embiid, Marcus Smart, and Dante Exum for the 6th pick and Dario Saric, James Young, and TJ Warren for the 17th pick in yesterday's mock draft round-up.

Do you think Danny will keep both picks, or try to swing a deal in the hours before the draft? Would you prefer to keep the picks or trade them? Vote in the poll below and include your thoughts in the comments:
