Danny Ainge: King of the news tease

With the 2014-15 NBA regular season in the books, Danny Ainge is giving the people what they want: Lots of news teases to keep Celtics Nation on it's toes!

I don't know if there has been a bigger in-season turn around for any athlete in any sport in any era than the turn around that Kris Humphries had this season. Having said that, no- I do not want to pay him $12M. Luckily for me, the guy that actually controls the Celtics doesn't want to either. Hopefully we get another season of the Kris Humphries Era at the right price. If only so my brand new Humphries jersey looks current.

You know something, Danny? I wasn't a huge fan of it either. Sure, sometimes these things are necessary. Not every season can be a championship contending season- and we get that. However, if we can avoid it, let's try to win a few more games this coming season- cool? Like 30 more games than we won this season would be perfect. Also, if we happen to make a run in the playoffs that would be cool, too. And if that lands us in the finals and raising a banner to kick off the '15-'16 season, I'm fine with it.

UGH! DANNY! C'MON, KID! This was going great. We were agreeing, we were seeing eye to eye, and then you have to bring up the super friends. Right now is time to be the voice of the people, even if you're faking a bit. In that spirit you have to say that it's Indiana's year and your buddy Larry Bird has done a great job with that team. If not Indy then you have to go with Brooklyn because they've come on so strong and it's great to see your friends Paul and Kevin getting one more run at the title. Don't default to the Heat, man. C'mon.
