Well, you are about to be super pleased with the new 1946-47 Celtics team tribute sleeved jersey uniforms.
The team will be sporting sleeved jerseys for a few games starting this Friday. Its part of a trend of sleeves that nobody really seems to like, but the NBA keeps pushing anyway. Here's Jerryd Bayless smiling while in one of them.
The Celtics are putting their own twist on the sleeved jersey though. According to Gary Washburn of the Globe, the Cs are using the green jersey with gold and white trim to honor the first ever Celtics team, from 1946-47.
