Iron Man Jeff Green came to play last night, registering 34 points (on 13-of-19 shooting, including 3-of-4 from behind the arc), 6 rebounds and 4 blocks in leading the Celtics past the Pistons, 98-93. Green's been on a tear in the past 10 games (featuring 8 starts), averaging 21.6 points, 5.5 boards, 3.2 assists and 1.6 blocks as his confidence clearly develops. And while the team's road to #18 has been greatly hindered by injuries this season, it has opened up opportunities for the Celtics' Iron Man legend to grow. Go Green! Go Iron Man!
