This Mavericks team might be better off without Dirk. Sure they are 11-11 after losing in double OT to the Celtics, but as time goes by they would be able to gel and just play with a chip on their shoulder.
With Dirk, comes expectations. Right now all this team has to do is play and no one really expects anything from them. But get a top 10 player back and you have something to lose and playoff spots to fight for.
Most of the comments from Mavs fans were either loving/hating OJ Mayo or complaining about the refs.
