Looks like Christmas Time could be coming to camp

So in case you haven't been keeping track. The Celtics gave up JaJuan Johnson, E’Twaun Moore, Sean Williams (to Houston) Sasha Pavlovic and a second-round draft pick (to Portland) in exchange for Courtney Lee in a three team trade with the Houston Rockets and Portland Trail Blazers.

As a result of the purge of players, the door is open for everyone's favorite Summer Leaguer, Dionte Christmas!

Boston Herald
Trading Moore will likely open a spot on the roster for Dionte Christmas, who has been extremely impressive with the summer C’s. The team will need to give him at least some partial guarantee to get him to training camp, as it is expected that Christmas will have good offers overseas, if not from other NBA clubs.

“We’ve been talking to Dionte,” said Ainge. “We’ll continue to. Yes, we’d like to see him there (at training camp).”

This should make anyone that's watched a lot of Summer League very happy. Christmas, along with Kris Joseph, has been one of the biggest pleasant surprises of Summer League. He would have a tough fight for a roster spot, or playing time, but he could still help this team. Not to mention the limitless nickname possibilities.
