Celtics meeting with Bass to discuss extension

You know this was coming. July entered and with it a vast amount of rumors and activity around the NBA. The Celtics, with the majority of its squad as free agents, have one of the most frantic agendas in the next few days.

Add Brandon Bass to the list of people Danny and the rest of the management are meeting or talking to right now:

The Celtics are expected to meet with Brandon Bass’s representatives this weekend to begin discussions on a potential extension.

Bass had a very good year with us and hopefully we will be able to keep him in green for more years at the right price. The news that Ainge may be meeting Brandon as you read these lines show that the Celtics want to get things in line the fastest possible.
