Police are investigating an alleged stabbing that occurred immediately
outside of TD Garden following Game 6. The report goes into detail how a
group of Miami Heat fans got into a violent altercation with another
group of Celtics fans.
According to WDHD in Boston:
Boston Police are searching for a Miami
Heat fan accused of stabbing a Celtics fan after Thursday night's game.
.... Witnesses told police that two groups of about six people starting
arguing over the outcome of Thursday night's game when the suspect, who
was wearing Miami Heat clothing, pulled out a large knife and stabbed
the victim. The stabbing occurred along a fence near the TD Garden and
Beverly Street.
