Celtics may package 21st & 22nd picks to move up in NBA draft

According to a recent report from NBA insider Alex Kennedy, the Boston Celtics might try and package their two first round draft picks to trade up for a higher pick.

From Hoopsworld.com:
The Celtics hold the twenty-first and twenty-second picks in the first round. However, league sources believe Boston will package the picks together to move up in the draft or trade away one of the picks in a separate deal. The Celtics don’t want to bring in two rookies.

Who would you speculate that the Celtics might try and pursue with a higher pick? Would they package their picks to get Austin Rivers even after Avery Bradley's break out season? Avery is having surgery on both shoulders this off-season, and Ray Allen's status for next year is uncertain.
