The Celtics have felt the negative effects of playing without their captain in the first three games of the season, as they have been unable to keep up with their opponents and get a win. Perhaps more troubling though is the Celtics defense -- which the team hung their hat on during their championship runs -- has looked subpar in the first three games.
The Celtics take on the Pistons tonight in the home opener. If Boston struggles in this game, maybe it's time to panic.

Paul Pierce needs to come back and he needs to Danny Ainge to sign Eddie House & Nate Robinson so it will be easy to beat Miami & Chicago in the Playoffs with a scoring bench. Nate Robinson,Eddie House,Mikael Pietrus,Brandon Bass, & Greg Stiemsma. Trade J.O`Neal,A.Bradley,K.Dooling,E.Moore,J.Johnson,M.Daniels,C.Wilcox, & 1st round pick for 2012 draft to Houston for H.Thabeet & T.Williams. They will accept 7 players. Ainge should waived S.Pavlovic he`s garbage.
