Can't say I dislike this at all. I think I was one of the few that actually didn't like Lebron's "What should I do?" commercial. What should you do Lebron? You should stfu. Two thoughts on the MJ commercial. One, I think the Heat will destroy the Bobcats when they play and 2, Lebron is no where near and will never be anywhere near the player MJ was.

Edit: Turns out the video is fan made based on this video. Awesome job by whoever created it. Was it Yahoo's Wojo? Fact is the words fit perfectly. Someone please save the video before Lebron ESPN Nike NBA Stern has it taken down.

dude nobody liked that lebron commercial, and i didnt really like this one either. nike doesnt care, they have been using lebron, and they havent been able to change people's opinion of him, so under the bus he went.

  2. JR says:

Nah, trust people I heard a lot of fans saying it was well done and how great it was. I always thought MJ was still affiliated with Nike. if so, then Nike totally just threw Lebron under the bus.

  3. Three Toe says:

yea, if this isnt an official nike ad, then i retract my statement. ...but those fans you mention are fools.

  4. Anonymous says:

well i know MJ is still somewhat affiliated because the Jordan Brand is still technically a Nike subsidiary. But that was crazy, I didn't really like either commercial but i think MJ went a little overboard & threw a low blow.

  5. Anonymous says:

When are you losers gonna give it up? The dude is a basketball player who changes team because he was a free agent, did LeBron's decision affect your lives in anyway or form, it has been 4 months just give it up. Don't hate the man because he's making $$$$$ for playing ball, while you all languishing in your minimum wage job.

  6. JR says:

    Dear Maverick Carter,
Please leave your name next time. It looks better than "Anonymous." Thanks.

  7. Anonymous says:

Like i said, get a life. Why are you hating on someone because he changed job? He didn't ask for a trade like your flavor of the month Kobe, he was a free agent, he had the right to leave, and they said he quit on the team, why were they trying to resign him, and if he was a quitter shouldn't they be happy that he left? just saying that the whole hating on LBJ thing doesn't make sense.

  8. JR says:

Yeah Maverick, Celtics fans totally love Kobe. lol.

People dog Lebron because he was an egotistical dick before he left and then because of how he left. The "Decision" show or the "Taking my talents to South beach". He whines like a little bitch on the court as well. One of the main reasons he didn't go to Chicago was because they told him he wouldn't get special treatment there. They said MJ didn't get the perks he was asking for so he wouldn't either. Also, Lebron wasn't happy that D. Rose didn't suck his dick enough in the press wooing him. Lebron has a tattoo that reads the "Chosen One." He's very easy not to like and it has nothing to do with him choosing to become a free agent and change teams.

this a old ass Jordan commercial mashed with the new lebron commercial.. NEXT

  10. Three Toe says:

hey anonymous, you COULD continue on, making assumptions about how other people feel about Lebron moving to Miami, or you could stop acting like an asshole. I personally thought all the Cleveland fans who got pissed at him for leaving were being stupid and childish. No one who commented said a damn thing about hating him, especially for going to the Heat. If anything, Celtics fans don't like him because of his time with the Cavs who have been one of our best competitors over the past few seasons.

  11. Anonymous says:

Lebron will never be like Mike & Kobe, Lebron is Quitter & a Panic man type, he don't carry a team, he can't lead at all..

  12. GreenBlood23 says:

Lol at the LBJ lover Maverick Carter a few comments above, need a tissue to wipe that LBJ/Wade/Bosh jizz in your face? No one is hating on LeBron because he switched teams. Everyone hates him because he's a douche, egotistical, quitter and just blurbs a promise that they're going to win multiple championships with Heat, when he even can't do that in Cleveland. He said its gonna be easy! Hahaha Heat at 8-7 and its gonna be easy. The vid was right, LBJ is just making excuses.

  13. Celtics-boy says:

Why are we still even talking about lebron??? the man did wht he did....as douche-bag-like as it was ... lets focus on more important things ...like Shaq's 25-11 put up!!!

Celtics can kick the heats ass anytime....until they get a big man who can even stand close to the Kg-Shaq duo...they did it twice didnt they !!!

  14. The Coach says:

It is not WHAT he did, it is HOW he did it. Karma is an amazing thing isn't it?

Pierce, Allen and KG all handled their pre 2007 situations and ups and downs with as much class as possible and look at the result. I know it sounds crazy but the basketball g-ds work in funny ways.

Can't wait for the amusement next week when James goes back to Cleveland.

There we go with the "It's not what he did crap" How did what he did affect your life? We have politicians screwing up the middle class and they are still getting re-elected, but we are very pissed at a basketball player for how he announced he's switching team. And lost among all that is the amount of money he raised for the Boys & Girls club. As a society there are better things to be pissed about than LBJ going to Miami. By the way i am a Celtics fan, and i like LBJ.

  16. Karl says:

We are worried about other things. Lebron asked for this by doing the "Decision."

  17. Feverish says:

All Mike is sayin is to use youre pain as power, and Lebron should be over that by now. Dont worry what people are thinking, just work hard at the game. I myself dont care for Lebron, hes got a big ego, but he has all the talent to back it. Quit hatin on people all the damn time

There must be about 6 to 10 people in this whole world that give a damn about any of this. And you keep it alive by talking about it. No one in Akron or Cleveland cares any more. I haven't run into anyone who does. Move on. Play ball. Get a life.

  20. JR says:

Sorry to burst your bubble last Anon, but based on the page views of this post, there's a HUGE amount of people that seem to give a damn. Lebron is talented, but a cocky dick. That makes him very easy to fit in the villain role.

Do you live in Cleveland btw? I'll be very curious when he shows up there next week if the crowd will be as indifferent as you make it seem. wild guess here, but I'm thinking there will be more than 6-10 people booing.

  21. dylan9z9 says:

who gives a crap about him or the Heat..... they won't win it all anyway....

Check this Lebron Nike Rise response:

It hits harder than this MJ one.

  23. Anonymous says:

I guess nike and the public now know he can never be MJ and Kobe..another one bites the dust.

  24. tb0830 says:

Lebron and Kobe are Gen Y players who grew up in a world of excessive media, exposure and entitlement. Kobe acted like a total ass from 2004-07 and Lebron just plain is a total ass. Like Tiger Woods, they assumed the grand stage of their sport, became world-wide famous and can exude powers only God can parallel. However, the general public is filled with too many people still around from watching the Russells, Jabbars, MJ, Magic Johnsons, Ervings, and Birds. Greatness tempered with dignity and humility is much more palatable to them than this circus act of whining babies leading the next generation of athletes.

  25. Anonymous says:

Lebron is a loser. Nuff 'said.

  26. tb727 says:

LeBron will be better than Bean when his career is over. But he won't be as good as MJ.

  27. Anonymous says:

all you guys need a life

  28. Anonymous says:

I don't get why people care so much about what these guys do. They are here to entertain and I don't care much about what they do after that. It's funny that we are a society of jerks and people who do all kind of immoral and selfish things, but bad mouth all these sports starts for doing things we do our selves. I don't care what Lebron does as I have to much to worry about doing in my own life.

  29. Anonymous says:

Looooove it!! haven't laughed that hard in a long time. MJ is the man and always will be. He put his head down and worked his way to the top unlike Lebron who is looking for an easier way to do it because he doesn't want to put in the hard work and find a way to do it on his own.

  30. randy says:

tbo830, Ain't that the truth! Magnificence with a couple pounds of class and lots of humility, and descency would do wonders for our "stars" today.
Does anyone want to say anything about how we might straighten out the crazy refereeing that gets done in the NBA? It is true, there are too many times that the big names get away with their offenses. It really started to be most obvious with MJ, but continued with Shaq, kobe, Garnett, some wade and now, lj. too many steps, carries and push offs. I'd like to see these things cleaned up. Nobody seems to be able to catch a ball without taking steps or even shoot a layup (lebron) without taking three or four steps.

  31. randy says:

Mj never did anything on his own. His supporting cast gave him the opportunity to take all those shots to keep his numbers up. They had to feed him, because that was the program, but give it up for Rodman's rebounds, Pippens defense, and so many other intangables, that these guys brought to the court. (Paxon, Kerr, the Cheif, big Red) and all the others. (including the refs from time to time)
Hey, anon, you should care what these guys are like, and about the things they do. Because they are in the spotlight, they are, whether we like it or not, setting examples for all who will for one reason or another, try to emulate them. Your little brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews or your children if they hear of what they do, will have to decide to be like them or not. I hope all who watch them and learn of them will have the strength of character to choose wisely.

  32. JR says:

I'm not sure I agree with your statement TB that Lebron will have a better career than Kobe. He has the physical tools to be a better player, but whereas Kobe eats, sleeps, and breathes basketball, Lebron doesn't seem to make it a priority or take it that "seriously." in the next few years Lebron will start to lose some of that freaking athleticism and let's see if he puts the time in to develop some of his lesser basketball skills.

Lebron could end up with a better career than Kobe, but it's up in the air right now imo.
