His name is Vic Jacobs. He apparently has a radio show in Los Angeles. How does someone wearing those clothes get into the post game areas to ask questions? His voice is obnoxious.

Vic the Brick is such a loser. Trust me, I live out here. I hate this idiot.
I like him. He's kind of a clown but he's a pretty nice guy, it seems. I wish we had someone like that here.
