Perk out for Wednesday's game, but Pierce to play

Captain Paul Pierce (right thumb) returned to training Monday and will be in the starting lineup when the Celtics visit Detroit Tuesday night. But center Kendrick Perkins (flu symptoms) did not practice and is doubtful for the game.

Let's hope that Pierce is completely healed and not rushing back again, due to our recent struggles. We're not winning in the postseason if Pierce is anything less than 100%
