    Tommy and Mike,

Please wish Matt Doolin a Happy Birthday!

    Tommy ... I haven't heard you say "Rondo-licious" yet.

  3. Josh C says:

Tommy, while Rondo is out, do you think Pierce is going to be the most efficient player on the team?

  4. Anonymous says:

Do you think that Jermaine O'Neal for J.J Redick is a good deal?

Nickname for Luke - "the force" (after Star Wars). He trusts his instincts and shoots! Jonathan Hass, Arlington

    Tom,
We watched the 'Luke Show' last night at Toronto and it has to be said, Goodbye to Walter, because we ALL love Luke!

where is KG during the games?

  8. Anonymous says:

EXCELLENT TRADE DEAL: JR smith for marquis and von wafer!! would help on offense tremendouslyy

when kg is not playing does Davis play well

Boy do I miss TOMMYS commentary at some of the away games. He doesn't feel the necessity of cramming inane comments every time MIKE Stops talking It really detracts from the flow of the game.

    Hi Tommy and Mike,

I heralded the day Bill Walton left national broadcasting. Now he's back, the same sanctimonious narcissist he's always been. His commentary is ridiculously verbose and often inaccurate (e.g. Rondo was a no-show in the Laker game-Are you kidding? He had a double-double! Thanks Doc for touting Rondo in your post-game). Please replace him as soon as possible-I'm getting repetitive motion injury from hitting the mute button and fast-forwarding my dvr through him. Tommy and Mike-you are just wonderful!!! Thanks for listening.

  12. Hi Mike & Tommy,

Now that is a little over mid-season what do you think willbe the keys to pull through the rest of the season going into the playoffs trying to win Number eighteen

  13. Anonymous says:

Sanctimonious narcissist describes Bill Walton to a "T"...I'm watching the Sacramento game on a brand new flat screen with the sound off, due to Cedric Maxwells excess and irrelevant verbiage!!!

  14. Anonymous says:

Which line-up would you go with, if you had to pick one or the other, in the final stretch of a close game (assuming everyone is healthy)?

    1) Nate, Wafer, Pierce, Baby, Semih

    2) Delonte, Marquis, Harangody, Jermaine, Shaq

I'm curious to hear your opinion. You'd have experience with the second line up, but Pierce in the first and you have better free throw shooting with Shaq out. What do you think?

  15. Anonymous says:

Jeff Green has always played with #22, what's up with him going with a new number when 22's available?

  16. Frank Schifano says:

    Hey Mike and Tommy,

What is Bill Walton smoking, and where can I get some of that?

  17. Anonymous says:

With all due respect to Walton's accomplishments as a basketball player...please, please get that guy off of the air. His incessant blathering last night during the Clippers game gave me only two choices - use the mute button (which my husband chose) or go to bed (which I opted for) Either way it made the game much less enjoyable. How about if we start a pool to send Donny Marshall out to the next West Coast game? Maybe Walton would be better off narrating the next Scared Straight video.

  18. Anonymous says:

Where can I Contribute to the Donny Marshall travel fund???In these days of 1080p HD TV you can see the lint on Tommy's jacket why do some of these color commentators have to tell us what were are seeing so clearly for ourselves...last night during the jazz game there were a few moments when no one spoke and it was wonderful..In my opinion Mike does a great job and Donny is likable and competent compared to some of these egomaniacs..If we can't have TOMMY, PLEASE SEND DONNY

  19. hey mike and tommy i was wondering do you guys think when miami tried using the celtics big three format they thought it was gonna go the same way as the celtics made it when they first hooked up, and is it the mixture of the players in each big three that make them who they are as a team, if so can you give us the position comparison... and why it makes the celtics better

  20. Anonymous says:

FYI to Tommy and Mike. A shot does not need to hit the rim for the shooter to catch it. So long as it's deemed a legitimate attempt.

Hi guys, Im from Ireland and watch every Celtics game, but for a team that prides themselves on defence, NOBODY ever boxes out on shots, they just "ball watch" (except for Kristic, who's an excellent aquisition)
Offensively, if they swing the ball round for an open 3, or to Kevin at the top of the Key for a shot, NOBODY crashes the boards, everyone just watches and hopes for the bucket!!!I think they're the best equipped team in the league but they wont win a championship without Boxing out or fighting for offensive rebounds!!
There's only one team that can beat the Celtics and that's the Celtics themselves. Please forward this to DOC.

    Hi Mike and Tommy,
I'm glad the team has some new blood...real go-getters like Krstic, Green and Arroyo. The team hasn't been hustling to get rebounds...isn't that Doc's job to tell them to get in there and prevent the other team from getting their own rebounds? It looks like they've improved since the new guys came on and showed them how to hustle...I wish they'd trade K.G. He misses more shots than a pro should and Davis makes too many fouls giving the other teams points at the foul line...I can't understand why they traded Erden. I thought he was a good player. Love Rondo, Allen and Pierce. Go Celtics!!!

  23. Janet Snover says:

In the 3/13/11 game against the Milwaukee Bucks, a dribbling violation was called in the third quarter. Tommy said something like, "You don't see that violation called very often." It would have been helpful to viewers like me if you had briefly explained what constitutes that foul.

    Thanks.

  24. Daniel Johnson says:

    Mike&Tommy,

Do you think Rondo has become to complacent since the trades? It seems that he's not moving the ball as much.

  25. Julie Schroeder says:

Congratulations! I enjoy your play by play coverage and the banter back and forth between you. You do a great job. I enjoy seeing you at the garden. I am looking forward to Friday special.
    Good luck and best wishes.

    Tommy,
Can you please tell Krstic to stop bringing the ball down on every catch. His numerous hesitations are costing us points. Tell KG to step in and teach him how its done.

    MIke and Tommy,
My friend and I are in a debate; Who do you think was a better all-around player for Boston: Marquis Daniels or Tony Allen?
    Thanks,
    Stewart
    NC

  28. wasilly says:

Does any one else miss Leon Powe or Tony Allen? How about Luke Harangody? In my opinion these players showed true celtic spirit!!!I suspect Rhondo's recent funky play is a result of the shock of the Kendrick Perkins rather heavy -handed trade.....

  29. Marie says:

The Celtics lost by 1 point tonight...maybe if Big Baby Davis hadn't fouled so many times, the other team wouldn't have gotten so far ahead of us...he plays basketball like a football player...can't keep his hands and body off people. And what's with waiting for the clock to wind down before making a shot in the last 3 seconds and then taking a poor shot instead of having a play in place? The new recruits seem to have the energy and fight...are the regulars intimidated by this new blood? Wish they would get over it and play ball.

    Hey Tommy & Mike,

What's on the Ray's calves? Band-aids? What's up with that?

  32. bradley vandeberkt, nashua nh says:

mike and tommy. there is a big problem with the celtics and they need to do something. they dont have heart. thats what we win on and im tired of watching them. you know. acouple years ago you didnt even want to take a piss break now im switching between them and the redsox loosing. im just tired of seeing this. with kgs salary and all the other oldies we could sign some desent players and keep up with the league. what do you think.this is the celtics we win. if this team cant we need to get a team that will. thats what were about. winning not keeping a senior citizen home open. jesus. i love the celtics but we win thats all. and they dont have heart anymore.
