McHale showed his green loyaty before leaving his job in Sota, maybe he needs to make a call to urge Nellie to do the right thing on his way out.
McHale even once refused a sign and trade with Googs (when he was a sought after FA) tothe Lakers for Eddie Jones b/c he said he didn't want to help the Lakers out.
