Boston Celtics announce training camp roster
The Boston Celtics have announced their training camp roster.
The full training camp roster, which includes the fifteen-man regular season roster, both two-way contract players, and three more spots to make the total 20-man roster for camp, was published by the team today, though there will only be 19 players reporting due to Jabari Bird's ongoing situation.
The Celts have added Justin Bibbs, a 6'5 guard out of Virginia Tech, 6'7 forward Nick King, who last played for Middle Tennessee State University, and Jeff Roberson (no relation to Andre), last of Vanderbilt, a 6'6 wing.
None of the three has a realistic shot of making the team as a spot in the already-full roster is unlikely to open up before the regular season begins, but with the full 82-game schedule ahead and then some, there's always a chance a good impression might get them back on a 10-day deal.
