Marcus Smart cleared to play; Game 5 availability TBD shortly

Smart, who has missed several weeks after injuring a tendon in his shooting hand diving for a loose ball, has received word from his specialist in New York City his hand has healed enough to return to full basketball activities.

Marcus has been especially motivated to get back on the court not just be the Boston Celtics dropping two games in a row to the Milwaukee Bucks in the first round of the 2018 NBA Playoffs, but also because his mother - recently diagnosed with cancer - expressed a desire to see him back on the court as soon as he is able.

Smart is now officially "able", and only has to successfully complete a workout after the shootaround.

For all concerned - fingers crossed.
Game Five will be in Boston TONIGHT at 7pm - Act fast to get great seats for less here.
