Celtics Terry Rozier didn't go too high in the 2015 draft - he went too low

Remember the 2015 NBA draft? Karl-Anthony Towns was the prize as the number one pick, followed by D'Angelo Russell, Jahlil Okafor and Kristaps Porzingis. Miles Turner went 11th and Devin Booker was picked 13th. The Boston Celtics took Terry Rozier with the 16th pick and took some flak for their choice.

Well guess what - that "strange move by Ainge" choosing the "mediocre-shooting guard" (remember this is ESPN!) is working out just fine. He is in his third season with Boston and is on a hot shooting streak over the past 13 games.

I am about to do a remake of the 2015 draft. Towns goes first - Porzingas second - Booker third - Turner fourth - Rozier fifth. Some might argue for Russell to go before Terry, but I won't. Take a look at the draft and give your own feedback.

This is what Boston.com's Chris Greenberg had to say about Boston choosing Terry:

He’s a favorite of Danny’s,’’ Celtics coach Brad Stevens said of Rozier, via the team’s official Twitter account. “We think he’s a really special talent. I’m excited about Terry. You’ll enjoy watching him.

T-Ro is "special" and enjoyable to watch. Damn good choice with a middle-of-the-first-round pick!
